Under the direction of our executive chef, the City Club offers a wide variety of menu selections with special emphasis on seasonal specials. Fresh produce, prime USDA beef, and fresh fish set a very high standard for food quality. The chef is glad to prepare foods to accommodate individual taste and health needs.

Our wine list includes both foreign and domestic selections with chef's recommendations for featured entrees. Wine tastings and wine flight pairings with special dinner menus offer something special for the connoisseur.

Executive Chef
Vinnie Balducci
Executive Chef Vinnie Balducci has always had a passion for food. Born in Buffalo, NY, Balducci had vocational training for two years in Batavia, NY and was certified as chef de cuisine (CCC) with the American Culinary Federation. He graduated with presidential honors from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute (Le Cordon Bleu) in Pittsburgh, PA, and became the executive chef at Atria's Restaurants, where he focused on simply fresh seafoods, rotisserie fares and employee development.

Balducci was featured in the May 2007 issue of the national publication, Club, Resorts and Business.

Balducci joined the City Club as Executive Chef in July of 2006 where he developed a menu based on the preferences of the area and membership. He was promoted to General Manager in August of 2007 and has been working to creatively grow membership and continually strengthen the City Club's quality dining experience.
